Lead Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team.

This role will involve taking ownership of Salesforce development projects, ensuring the highest level of code quality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions using UI and API
  • Build and deploy changes using CICD tools, including the ability to upskill in Copado
  • Apply TDD methodologies to consistently deliver high-quality, testable code
  • Ensure code standards, documentation, and best practices are followed for maintainability
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to proactively address issues
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements
  • Coach and mentor junior developers, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and usability
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with focus on UI and API integration
  • Knowledge of CICD pipelines such as Copado, Jenkins, or similar tools with flexibility to adapt to new tools
  • Background in TDD, paired programming, or Agile development methodologies
  • Clear understanding of code quality principles including reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization
  • Capability to monitor and handle production issues effectively
  • Familiarity with the SDLC process, including deployment and post-production support
Nice to have
  • Expertise in Einstein 1 Platform to enhance predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with broader Salesforce platform capabilities like Marketing Cloud or Community Cloud
  • Understanding of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions
