We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to guide our Salesforce team in delivering impactful solutions. You will play a key role in application design, customization, and deployment while collaborating closely with various technology teams. Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce team
Participate in application design, configuration, customization and deployment
Design and implement technical solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements
Work closely with technology teams, including Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams
Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
Guide development team in creating innovative solutions with a focus on standards and code quality
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot end user issues

Requirements

5+ years of working experience in Salesforce development
At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds with demonstrated success in implementation
Expertise in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC
Familiarity with estimation techniques and project planning
Solid experience in software version control (GIT) and continuous integration using CI/CD practices
Background in working with Agile methodologies and delivering in Agile environments
English language proficiency at B2+ level to facilitate effective communication

Experience managing the development team
Experience working in a distributed team
