We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our remote team.
As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as experience in Salesforce Development. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce Developers to deliver high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
- Develop, customize, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Ensure that code is reviewed, tested, and deployed in a timely manner
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Continuously improve the development process and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- 1+ years of experience in leading and managing a team of Salesforce Developers
- Proven experience in developing, customizing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I or II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Community Cloud
