We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, working on a project that involves the development and implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
As our Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development team in the requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in the requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
- Perform Salesforce customization using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Ensure the quality of code and adherence to best practices in Salesforce development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in customizing Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
- Proven experience in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SOQL and SOSL)
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Experience in developing and maintaining managed packages in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for developing complex front-end solutions
- Expertise in Salesforce Apex development, with the ability to develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and controllers
