We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our remote team and help us deliver exceptional solutions to our clients.
In this position, you will be responsible for the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that development standards are maintained. Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, working closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, ensuring that development standards are maintained
- Design and develop robust and scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Apex
- Perform code reviews, ensuring that best practices are followed and that code is of high quality
- Ensure that development projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users, resolving technical issues as they arise
- Collaborate with other developers, architects, and project managers to ensure that development projects are aligned with overall project goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
- 1+ years of experience leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that development standards are maintained
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Fluency in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SOSL and SOQL)
- Experience with requirements analysis, including the ability to gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, and technical requirements
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Apex
