We are seeking a Lead Salesforce CPQ QA to lead our team of testers in ensuring the quality of our Salesforce environments.
Your primary focus will be to lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements. You will review software requirements and translate them into detailed test cases while providing accurate defect reporting and prompt communication with project stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks using tools specific to Salesforce environments
- Review software requirements to translate them into detailed test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide accurate defect reporting and prompt communication with project stakeholders to facilitate issue resolution
- Conduct security testing, such as penetration testing, to ensure the security of our Salesforce environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our Salesforce environments
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and knowledge in Salesforce testing and quality assurance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce testing and quality assurance
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and functionality
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks
- Experience with automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar tools
- Ability to review software requirements and translate them into detailed test cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
