We are actively seeking a Lead Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Your role as a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functional expert will involve close collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. Your responsibilities will include strategic management of the Salesforce system, encompassing system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. You will also take the lead in significant platform-wide projects centered around CPQ and Billing systems, while offering guidance and management to a professional team.
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), liaising with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
- Strategically manage the Salesforce system, including aspects of system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
- Spearhead major platform-wide projects, focusing on CPQ and Billing systems, and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, demonstrating strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Proven ability to design, architect, and configure within Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign and understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
- Proficiency in using automated deployment tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and manage a team of professionals
- Upper-intermediate level of English language proficiency for effective communication with stakeholders
