Our team is in need of a Lead Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst.
The individual in this role will act as a functional expert in CPQ, working closely with diverse stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams.
The individual will also spearhead major platform-wide projects centered on CPQ and Billing systems, offering guidance and leadership to a team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert in CPQ, liaising with various stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
- Spearhead major platform-wide projects centered on CPQ and Billing systems, offering guidance and leadership to a team of professionals
- Strategically oversee the Salesforce system, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with a strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- Not less than 3 years' experience with Salesforce CPQ
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Demonstrable design, architecture, and configuration skills within Salesforce environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce Apex
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign and knowledge of revenue recognition within Salesforce
- Proficiency in automated deployment tools
- B2+ English proficiency level
