Lead Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce Platform to join our remote team.

In this role, you will utilize your in-depth understanding of business analysis tools and techniques to capture business needs, discover requirements, map out domains, and generate solutions. You will lead the discovery phase of multiple new project initiatives and maintain the backlog appropriately detailed while articulating business value. Your strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, coupled with your Salesforce configuration and development capabilities, will be instrumental in delivering successful projects that meet the customer's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize business analysis tools and techniques to capture business needs, discover requirements, map out domains, and generate solutions
  • Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to deliver successful projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce Configuration and Development
  • Interface with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both production and non-production environments
  • Document technical solutions clearly and concisely in written documentation

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Platform
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Salesforce ADM201 certification is a must-have
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Configuration, including Flows, Dynamic Forms, Permission Set Groups, and Sharing
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in requirements analysis and mapping of domains
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and account engagement (Pardot)
  • Ability to discern when to use declarative options (clicks) versus code
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to leverage this for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
  • Experience with CRM Analytics
  • Familiarity with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) or similar marketing automation tools
  • Additional Salesforce certifications would be advantageous
