We are looking for a Lead Revenue Analyst to strengthen Business Partnering Services with sharp corporate finance skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will partner with EPAM Global Finance and the BPS team to support revenue operations, forecasting, and account insights while collaborating across a 300+ expert organization.
Responsibilities
- Calculate revenue using timesheets, contracts, and internal policies
- Prepare accounts for monthly and annual close activities and perform detailed revenue analysis by periods and drivers of volatility
- Deliver short-term and long-term revenue forecasts in line with company rules
- Review and assess contract financial terms, supporting drafting activities and budgeting efforts
- Enter data into EPAM internal systems or validate completeness and accuracy of submitted information
- Produce reports for internal stakeholders and customer needs
- Run financial health checks for individual accounts
- Advise project teams on revenue recognition, invoicing, and time reporting to establish efficient account processes
- Coordinate with the auditors' team and provide audit support to ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a related area (finance, economics, banking, accounting, audit)
- Higher economic education degree with a strong grounding in core financial principles
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas (mathematical, logical)
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word and PowerPoint
- B2+ English (Upper-Intermediate) proficiency in both written and spoken communication
