Lead Python Developer for Software Company

Implement performance, benchmarking, scaling test infrastructure and tests written primarily in Python

Assist with the integration of the Python automation scripts into a CI/CD pipeline.

Proactively identify and fix the bottlenecks in tooling and processes

Work alongside development, infrastructure teams and product managers to measure, identify issues and improve overall performance of the product

5+ years of experience in writing Python scripts for provisioning machines and interacting with REST APIs.

Experience using Python to create graphs and charts using Matplotlib

The ability to rapidly prototype ideas in Python

The ability to write unit and integration tests using pytest

Strong English language skills

Solid experience with performance testing and benchmarking methodologies and tools

Excellent writing skills to be able to document findings in detail, explain the causes and next steps

Strong understanding of automation and orchestration

1+ years of leadership experience
