We are building scalable GenAI and agentic systems and need a Lead Python Developer to shape robust, observable AI software end to end. You will design, package, and binarize Python services, implement Open Telemetry Observability for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability, and guide GenAI delivery from concept to production with cross-functional teams—apply now.

Responsibilities
  • Design robust Python-based software solutions, including development, packaging and binarizing
  • Implement Open Telemetry Observability with emphasis on distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
  • Build and integrate GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks into production systems
  • Execute agentic evaluations to validate performance and reliability
  • Leverage distributed processing frameworks to enable scalable AI workloads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver AI-driven applications
  • Contribute to the design and evolution of AI architecture and engineering practices
  • Drive GenAI application development from concept to production
Requirements
  • Proven track record with 5+ years of core software engineering in Python, including development, packaging and binarizing
  • Deep expertise in AI architecture, AI engineering and GenAI application development
  • Extensive implementation experience with Open Telemetry Observability, distributed tracing and multi-agent observability
  • Hands-on proficiency with GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks
  • Demonstrated capability to perform agentic evaluations
  • Solid understanding of building scalable and reliable AI systems
  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of Ray
  • Skills in distributed processing frameworks
