We are looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering top-tier software solutions while mentoring and supporting a team of developers. This position provides an opportunity to work with advanced technologies in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of Python-based software systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business and technical requirements into actionable solutions
Provide direction and mentorship to the development team, ensuring technical excellence and growth
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain consistency and high-quality standards
Improve the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of software systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both development and production environments
Leverage containerization tools to streamline workflows and optimize processes
Contribute to the creation of architectural strategies and long-term technical plans
Stay informed about new technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning-oriented team environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions
Minimum of one year in a leadership role, managing and mentoring development teams
Strong proficiency in working with both relational and non-relational databases, including query optimization and data modeling
Extensive experience with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
Deep understanding of development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
Skilled in using Docker to manage environments and containerized applications
Hands-on experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes
Solid knowledge of AWS services for deploying and managing cloud-based applications
Proficient in English communication (written and spoken) at a B2 level or above

Nice to have

Background in working with libraries and tools for data processing or machine learning
Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services into Python-based applications
