Responsibilities
- Develop Python codebase to support system deployments
- Add features to enhance optimization and data analysis efforts
- Debug and create tools for root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Apply best practices in software development and deployment workflows
- Engage in Agile and SCRUM-based development cycles
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality and efficiency standards
- Record development workflows and tools for team usage
- Resolve issues in production systems collaboratively with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field
- More than 5 years of experience in software development at the product level
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity
- Proficiency in Python programming and associated frameworks
- Background in working with Pandas and Polars for data analysis
- Understanding of Agile and SCRUM development methodologies
- Knowledge of optimization libraries or strategies for data warehousing
Nice to have
- Proficiency in leveraging Ansible for configuration management
- Background in DevOps processes for seamless development cycles
