We are seeking a Lead Python AWS Engineer to become an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality software solutions using Python on Amazon Web Services
  • Ensure software applications deliver optimal performance and scalability
  • Apply consistent data pipeline design principles and best practices
  • Optimize database and data pipeline performance through analysis
  • Collaborate with team members in an Agile work environment
  • Review code to maintain high standards of quality and functionality
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Prepare documentation for software designs, processes, and technical specifications
  • Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across the team
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer
  • Advanced background in Amazon Web Services
  • Competency in SQL and database management
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices
  • Understanding of Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of ReactJS is a plus
  • Proven ability to excel in a remote Agile team setting
  • Background in finance, trading, or asset management is a plus
  • Required English proficiency level of B2

  • Background in Financial Application development
  • Certifications in relevant technology areas
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Understanding of DevOps practices
  • Expertise in containerization technologies
