We are seeking a Lead Python AWS Engineer to enhance our team.

Responsibilities
  • Design software solutions of exceptional quality using Python and Amazon Web Services
  • Ensure the performance and scalability of software applications
  • Apply principles of data pipeline design while adhering to best practices
  • Analyze and optimize database and data pipeline performance
  • Collaborate with the team in an Agile environment
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain consistent quality
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver feedback
  • Document workflows, technical specifications, and designs
  • Identify software defects and address performance concerns
  • Support initiatives for ongoing process improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer
  • Advanced background in Amazon Web Services
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices
  • Understanding of Snowflake and Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of ReactJS is a plus
  • Competency in working with remote Agile teams
  • Background in finance, trading, or asset management is advantageous
  • Required English proficiency level: B2

  • Background in building financial applications
  • Qualifications in relevant technologies or frameworks
  • Competency in leveraging data visualization tools effectively
  • Familiarity with DevOps workflows and methodologies
  • Proficiency in containerization technologies
