We're searching for a Lead Python Developer with strong AI expertise to join our organization. Responsibilities
- Guide the architecture and build-out of sophisticated software systems, carrying them from early concept to live deployment
- Establish the technical roadmap for projects, maintaining consistency and quality throughout every implementation phase
- Work with teammates to divide large-scale initiatives into clear, well-organized units of work
- Mentor and assist colleagues through code evaluations, collaborative coding sessions, and technical conversations
- Shape decisions around tooling, frameworks, and the broader technical strategy behind active initiatives
- Spot and clear away obstacles that hinder delivery speed or compromise system dependability
- Serve as a go-to resource for technical inquiries, helping teammates move past roadblocks
- Join discussions spanning multiple teams to ensure technical choices support wider organizational objectives
- Ensure documentation stays updated and easy to access so knowledge flows smoothly across the team
- Regularly seek out ways to enhance current processes, tooling, and overall system efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable professional experience in a comparable technical capacity
- At least one year spent guiding and overseeing development teams
- Solid background in backend API construction, applying Python, TypeScript, or a combination of both to produce dependable, scalable services
- Direct experience utilizing AWS cloud offerings together with Terraform to provision and oversee infrastructure as code
- Applied experience developing user interfaces through ReactJS or Angular to create intuitive, responsive front-end experiences
- Familiarity working with AI-driven coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to boost and streamline development efforts
- Strong English communication skills at a B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Background in Forward Deployed Engineering, collaborating closely with clients to adapt and deploy solutions within their unique settings
- Exposure to Specification Driven Development (SDD), relying on comprehensive upfront specs to shape and organize the build process
