In this role, you will drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. Note: Working hours are 7 AM to 3 PM.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using PHP and MongoDB
- Design and implement critical modules, ensuring robust code quality
- Lead design and code reviews, providing guidance to development teams
- Coordinate agile team activities, including sprint planning and execution
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth
- Enforce best practices in coding, software design, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into web applications
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployment processes
- Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture and codebase
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on PHP development experience
- Expertise in the Laravel framework
- Experience with Node.js and Python
- Proven leadership in agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability in code review and team mentoring
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and RESTful APIs
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
- Commitment to innovation and continuous learning
Nice to have
- Experience with the React framework
- AWS or cloud technology certifications
- Knowledge of MongoDB administration
- Background in software testing and quality assurance
