Lead Performance Testing Engineer in .NET

We are seeking a remote Lead Performance Testing Engineer to join our team and take charge of performance testing strategy and execution. As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for defining the performance testing strategy and benchmarking metrics. You will design and develop performance test scripts using Gatling and execute performance tests to identify any performance bottlenecks. Your role will involve preparing performance test reports and explaining test results to stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for monitoring software performance post-release for future improvements. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to other members of the testing team and coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tests.
