Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Performance Testing Analyst to join our global team.
The customer is a French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products. Featuring nearly 3,000 brands, along with its own private label, it offers beauty products including cosmetics, skincare, body, fragrance, nail color, beauty tools, body lotions and haircare.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop performance test plans and automated scripts using industry standard testing tools
- Develop performance test scrips
- Execute performance test, analyze and evaluate test results; generate performance metric reports and provide recommendations
- Assist with analyzing test and operational problems to determine presence and scope of potential code defects
- Review and analyze business & system requirements and specifications for performance testability
- System Resources monitoring
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Performance Testing Analyst
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Experience in Sterling OMS
- Knowledgeable in Performance Testing theory
- HP Loadrunner and Apache JMeter experience
- Good communication skills
Nice to have
- Programming on Java
- eCommerce domain experience
