Lead Performance Tester for a Retail company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Performance Tester to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Low-level design, and development of interfaces, integration applications/services
  • Managing data integration of disparate systems
  • Studying data sources and data models
  • Documentation of technical requirements in the interface context
  • Working with Analysts and Business Users to convert specifications into technical designs
  • Building intensive data acquisition and integration solutions in line with business requirements
  • Field level mapping of interfaces, mapping/transformation rules, and testing of interfaces
  • Ensuring high quality and optimum performance of data integration systems
  • Optimizing data integration platform for increasing data volumes
  • Subsequent maintenance and evolution of integrations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing
  • 1+ years of experience in Leadership
  • Well versed in software development and testing life cycle
  • Deep understanding of using scripting tools like JMeter
  • Familiar with queueing and data stream systems (Rabbit MQ)
  • Good knowledge with Operating Systems, especially Linux.
  • Database interrogation skills (SQL)
  • Ability to design regression scripts, execute them and report accurately
  • Understanding of API calls and JSON structures
  • Basic interaction with FTP and XML Structures
  • Knowledge of AWS, Oracle, Cassandra, Serenity, Redis, Influx DB
  • Experience in analyzing issues and route cause
  • Familiar with automation principles and desire to augment capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Familiar with version control systems (GIT)
  • Experience with Taurus, Groovy, and Bash scripting
  • Deep understanding of Monitoring tools (Grafana, Cloudwatch, App Dynamics)
  • Experience with CI tools (Jenkins)
