We are looking for an experienced Lead Node.JS Engineer to join a custom eCom consumer communication solution designed for planning and execution of personalized communication, ranging from newsletters to marketing campaigns and transactional communications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions using NodeJS and AWS Lambda within an event-driven, microservices, and serverless architecture
- Establish and maintain engineering excellence across the development lifecycle
- Apply design principles and design patterns to ensure robust and maintainable code
- Lead CI/CD processes to streamline deployment and delivery
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
- Guide and mentor engineering team members on best practices and technical direction
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, AWS, and AWS Lambda
- Expertise in event-driven, microservices, and serverless architecture
- Skills in implementing design principles and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD
- Showcase of AI-assisted development
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level
