We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer with expertise in AWS to join our dynamic team.
In this position, you will take charge of designing, building, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. You will collaborate across teams to develop innovative technology and process solutions that align with business goals, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver robust software solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Lead efforts to implement strategic projects and enhance operational efficiencies through technology
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with business and technical stakeholders
- Clearly communicate technical ideas and solutions to non-technical audiences
- Work closely with external technology vendors to meet business needs
- Design and implement solutions in line with Information Security policies for managing sensitive information
- Provide operational support and develop automation to maintain system availability
- Introduce telemetry capabilities to track system performance and success metrics
- Set up service monitoring to ensure uninterrupted availability and reliability of critical applications
- Adhere to company policies and meet legal and regulatory standards
- Configure and maintain secure system baselines to support best practices in application development
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using C#
- At least one year of experience in leading and managing development teams
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming
- Track record of architecting, designing, and delivering secure, scalable services
- Practical experience with distributed systems, including SOA, SaaS, and microservices architecture
- Expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure
- Proficiency with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Proven ability to deliver major features or components of scalable software systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or above)
Nice to have
- Background in security or compliance frameworks such as PCI, HIPAA, or SOX
- Knowledge or experience with financial systems, payment platforms, or fraud detection tools
