We are looking for a remote Lead .NET Developer with Angular to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions for our client's business needs. As a lead developer, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of .NET technologies, web development, and be able to provide guidance and mentorship to the team. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions using .NET technologies
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as QA, Product Management, and DevOps, to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow in their roles
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Communicate technical solutions and provide recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in .NET development, with at least 1 year in a lead developer role
  • Expertise in .NET Framework and C#
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP
  • Proficiency with Angular
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions for complex business problems
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning
  • Fluency in English, with at least an upper-intermediate level of proficiency
  • Proficiency in Portuguese language
