We are looking for a remote Lead .NET Developer with Angular to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions for our client's business needs. As a lead developer, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of .NET technologies, web development, and be able to provide guidance and mentorship to the team. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing software solutions using .NET technologies
- Collaborate with other teams, such as QA, Product Management, and DevOps, to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow in their roles
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET development and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Communicate technical solutions and provide recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in .NET development, with at least 1 year in a lead developer role
- Expertise in .NET Framework and C#
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP
- Proficiency with Angular
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
- Proven experience in designing and implementing software solutions for complex business problems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers
- Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning
- Fluency in English, with at least an upper-intermediate level of proficiency
- Proficiency in Portuguese language
