Lead .NET Developer for EPAM

Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead .NET Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead migration to a new cloud based platform of MS Dynamics/Azure
  • Investigate and orchestrate transition to CD (continuous deployment)
  • Discuss business and technical/architectural topics
  • Build new features according to new requirements
  • Build infrastructure for the new project from scratch (greenfield development), implement changes to the existing projects (brownfield development)
  • Create proof of concept solutions
  • Lead the team of juniors, review their code and mentor the team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
  • Knowledge and experience in Azure Cloud
  • Knowledge on EPAM EngX best practices
  • Development experience with ASP.NET MVC /ASP.NET Web API
  • Development experience with WCF, JavaScript, SQL
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID
  • Good understanding of Design Patterns, TDD, unit testing concepts
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git
  • Experience in Agile practices
  • Mentoring skills to grow junior team-members
  • Leadership skills to manage remote team
  • Long term assignment -1.5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, B2+ level of English

  • Strong soft skills
  • Development and customization experience of MS Dynamics CRM products
  • Development experience in MS Dynamics CRM integrations with external systems
