Lead .NET Developer

We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our cross-functional remote team and help upgrade our existing software applications according to changing business needs. As a Lead Developer, you will work collaboratively with a team of developers, QAs, and business analysts to develop software applications and ensure that they are designed and implemented according to best practices. You will be responsible for writing testable and maintainable code and automated tests of different levels, including unit and end-to-end tests.

Responsibilities
  • Develop software applications as part of a cross-functional team, in collaboration with Team Lead, QAs, Business analysts, and other developers
  • Write testable and maintainable code and automated tests of different levels (unit, end-to-end)
  • Communicate effectively with multi-national and multi-cultural teams, primarily in English
  • Manage shifting priorities and timelines
  • Upgrade existing software applications according to changing business needs
  • Design and implement software products according to best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET and C# development
  • Expertise in TypeScript, Angular, and JavaScript
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at an upper-intermediate level
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement software products
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Experience writing testable and maintainable code and automated tests of different levels, including unit and end-to-end tests
  • Understanding of frontend tech stack, including TypeScript and Angular
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
