As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design and develop high-quality software solutions. You will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design and develop high-quality software solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Ensure that all software development adheres to industry standards and best practices
- Manage the software development process, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer
- 1+ year of experience on a Team Lead position
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entity Framework, jQuery, SQL, C#, and WPF
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
