We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our remote team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design and develop high-quality software solutions. You will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the team. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers to design and develop high-quality software solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Ensure that all software development adheres to industry standards and best practices
  • Manage the software development process, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer
  • 1+ year of experience on a Team Lead position
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Entity Framework, jQuery, SQL, C#, and WPF
  • Experience leading a team of developers
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
