We're looking for a collaborative remote Lead .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative cloud-based platform. As a Lead .NET Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the platform, as well as leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software. You'll be also involved into supporting the creation of software product training materials, software product user guides, and software product deployment instructions. You'll need to be proactive and use your initiative to bring new ideas to the table for improving team efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain our innovative cloud-based platform, ensuring high-quality software delivery
- Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software
- Support the creation of software product training materials, software product user guides and deployment instructions
- Ensure efficient and effective team collaboration
- Use the latest tools and technologies to increase team productivity and collaboration across dispersed teams
- Challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table for improving team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET, including experience in C#, Entity Framework, Angular, SQL and NoSQL DB and CI/CD tools
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based platforms
- Proficiency in building and deploying applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people across all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with .Net Core and containers
- Familiarity with design patterns, focusing on performance, volume, scalability, and extensibility
