We are seeking a proficient and collaborative Lead .NET Developer to join and enrich our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will spearhead various development projects and offer technical leadership to your team. Your expert skills will be essential in delivering software solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the design and deployment of software solutions leveraging .NET technologies
  • Coach and mentor a team of developers to promote a cooperative and productive work environment
  • Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to final rollout
  • Uphold code quality and sustainability by performing thorough code reviews and adhering to established best practices
  • Work closely with project managers and other key stakeholders to establish project parameters and goals
  • Craft robust, scalable, and efficient code and system architectures
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve existing software issues
  • Enhance system performance and dependability through continuous monitoring and optimization
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and technological innovations in the .NET framework
  • Effectively convey technical details and project challenges to non-technical team members
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a development team of up to 7 full-time employees
  • Expertise in ASP.NET and C#
  • Skilled in unit testing to ensure the robustness of applications
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture concepts
  • Proficient in making precise project estimations
  • Well-versed in various SDLC methodologies
  • Skilled in both SQL and NoSQL database technologies
  • Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, or ADO.NET
  • Knowledgeable in JavaScript and AWS cloud services
  • Strong English communication abilities, with proficiency to interact effectively at an upper-intermediate level or above
Nice to have
  • Experience with Angular and ASP.NET
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies
