We are actively seeking a talented and collaborative Lead .NET Developer to strengthen and invigorate our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will spearhead various development projects and guide your team members technically. Your extensive knowledge will be instrumental in developing software solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the development and execution of software solutions utilizing .NET technologies
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment
  • Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from conception to deployment
  • Uphold code quality and sustainability through comprehensive code reviews and adherence to best practices
  • Work closely with project managers and key stakeholders to determine project scopes and goals
  • Create robust, scalable, and effective code and architectural solutions
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within existing software applications
  • Continually assess and enhance system performance and reliability
  • Keep abreast of current trends and technological advancements in the .NET framework
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and project challenges to non-technical team members
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development
  • At least 1 year of experience leading a team of up to 7 developers
  • Proficient in ASP.NET and C#
  • Skilled in unit testing to ensure application robustness
  • Thorough understanding of software architecture principles
  • Capable of providing precise project estimates
  • Knowledgeable in various software development life cycle methodologies
  • Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with ORM tools such as Entity Framework, Dapper, or ADO.NET
  • Proficient in JavaScript with exposure to AWS cloud services
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of effective interaction at an upper-intermediate level or above
Nice to have
  • Experience with Angular and knowledge of ASP.NET
  • Relevant professional certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and master new technologies
