We are looking a talented and experienced Lead .Net Developer to drive the automation of their Turnaround Management Process for oil & gas infrastructure maintenance. As the Lead .Net Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the backend architecture for the Turnaround Management System (TAMS). You will collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the TAMS and ISP/VSO systems meet all requirements, while writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET technologies. Your expertise will be vital in debugging complex problems and providing scalable, performant solutions, all while ensuring that backend systems comply with the customer's infrastructure and security standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the backend architecture for the Turnaround Management System (TAMS) to automate the maintenance process
  • Collaborate closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that the TAMS and ISP/VSO systems meet all specified requirements
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET technologies, ensuring the high performance of the backend systems
  • Debug complex problems and provide scalable and performant solutions to optimize system functionality.
  • Ensure that all backend systems comply with the customer's infrastructure and security standards, adhering to best practices
  • Lead and guide a team of developers, providing technical expertise, support, and mentorship
  • Oversee project milestones, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend languages
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the Turnaround Management System in the MS Azure Cloud environment
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for effective project management and continuous integration and delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a .NET Developer, demonstrating in-depth expertise in .NET technologies
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, having led and managed a team of developers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software development principles
  • Strong experience with .NET technologies, showcasing your proficiency in building scalable and efficient backend solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Azure Cloud, utilizing its services to develop, deploy, and manage applications
  • Familiarity with frontend languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, facilitating seamless integration with the backend systems
  • Familiarity with database management systems like SQL Server or NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges and provide optimal solutions
  • Advanced English language skills (B2+ level), enabling effective communication with the remote team and stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience with other cloud platforms, enabling multi-cloud strategies and expanded expertise
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, facilitating scalable application deployment
  • Proficiency in CI/CD processes and tools, contributing to efficient and automated software delivery
  • Understanding of software security best practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of customer data and systems
