We are seeking a skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our remote team, working on a project that involves .Net and React.JS technologies. As the Lead .NET Developer, you will work as part of an enthusiastic and motivated agile development team that takes pride in delivering high-quality software into production. You will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software into production. You will also take a test-first approach from business requirements through to code, ensuring the team follows best practices and adheres to project timelines. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software into production
Collaborate with Solution Architects and other teams to ensure project requirements are met
Take a test-first approach from business requirements through to code, ensuring the team follows best practices and adheres to project timelines
Manage code repositories and deploy software solutions using Git, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and Azure DevOps
Optimize software performance and scalability using performance tools
Ensure the team follows TDD/ATDD/BDD and software craftsmanship best practices
Lead and manage the team effectively using Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring project requirements are met

Requirements

1+ year of experience in leading a team of developers
5 + years of experience in .Net, C#, using the latest versions of .NET Framework or .NET Core, showcasing your proficiency in developing complex software solutions
Proficiency in Git, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, and Azure DevOps, enabling you to manage code repositories and deploy software solutions
Experience in working with performance tools, highlighting your ability to optimize software performance and scalability
Working knowledge of AWS
Expertise in TDD/ATDD/BDD and software craftsmanship, demonstrating your focus on quality and best practices in software development
Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban methodologies, enabling you to lead and manage the team effectively
Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level, allowing you to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Experience in React.JS or other front-end technologies

Nice to have

Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
