We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join our team at a leading European bank.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing software development life cycle processes. You will leverage your expertise to influence architecture and technology choices while guiding a talented team.

Please note that work from the customer office 2 days per week is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage software development life cycle processes and lead teams
- Provide insights on architecture, design, and technology direction
- Implement test-driven development and continuous integration practices
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, and product support teams
- Drive technology choices based on industry best practices
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and standards
- Analyze requirements and propose effective solutions
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development
- Over 1 year of leadership experience managing development teams
- Expertise in C# programming language
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Knowledge of test-driven development principles and continuous integration practices
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Participation in investment banking projects
- Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
