We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including 1+ years of leadership experience. As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features
- Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in .NET development
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of .Net core, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core/ADO.Net
- Experience with front-end development using HTML/CSS, JS, ReactJS
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with databases
- Knowledge of Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core/ADO.Net
- Experience working remotely in a similar role
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
