Lead .NET Developer

We are inviting a skilled and team-oriented Lead .NET Developer to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead development projects and provide technical guidance to team members. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of software solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions using .NET technologies
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
  • Oversee the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews and applying best practices
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
  • Develop high-quality code and architecture that is scalable and efficient
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability
  • Stay updated with new technologies and advancements in the .NET ecosystem
  • Communicate technical concepts and challenges effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a .NET Developer
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience managing a team of up to 7 full-time employees
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET and C#
  • Experience in unit testing to ensure application robustness
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles
  • Ability to provide accurate project estimations
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
  • Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, or ADO.NET
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and AWS cloud services
  • Excellent English communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at an upper-intermediate level or higher
