Lead .NET Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled remote Lead .NET Developer to join our team and create a client portal to share information, enable self-service, manage products and be a two-way communication channel to engage clients. As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging new product enhancements for our commercial software products. You will be expected to deliver maintainable and reusable solutions that follow cybersecurity standards and application performance benchmarks while incorporating an agile mindset as it applies to software development, team collaboration, and open communication.

Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test, and debug new product enhancements for commercial software products
  • Deliver maintainable and reusable solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain scrum ceremonies
  • Review and debug code to identify defects and issues
  • Incorporate an agile mindset as it applies to software development, team collaboration, and open communication
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development with a focus on C#, Entity Framework, and Angular
  • 1+ years of experience in team leading
  • Expertise in Azure integration services, Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in web development with Angular
  • Experience with web services REST and SOAP, MS SQL
  • Experience participating in sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with React and Node.js
