We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Lead .NET Developer to steer a newly established, product-focused development team (POD).

In this role, you will lead and mentor developers, collaborating closely with a client-side team that includes a Product Owner and Technical Lead. You will take ownership in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, maintainable features using a diverse tech stack, including .NET Core, C#, Vue.js, ReactJS, Python, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DocumentDB. This position requires an advanced focus on optimizing application performance in an advanced AWS environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Customer Specific Keys (CSK) functionality across multiple applications
  • Establish secure key storage and automatic rotation processes leveraging AWS services like AWS Secrets Manager
  • Set and enforce high security standards to align with compliance best practices across the team
  • Guide team members in securely storing, retrieving, and encrypting sensitive client data across applications
  • Drive innovative solutions to refactor and enhance the codebase for scalability and performance improvement
  • Evaluate and provide strategies for integrating CSK functionality into existing applications efficiently
  • Streamline team workflows for optimizing data modeling and minimizing database queries to enhance application efficiency
  • Lead efforts to resolve integration challenges to ensure seamless functionality of applications in the AWS environment
  • Oversee the configuration and implementation of detailed logging and traceability processes leveraging applicable tools and frameworks
  • Champion microservices architecture principles while adopting AI tools to optimize development workflows
  • Provide leadership in securing and maintaining compliance standards during migration and system transitions
  • Collaborate frequently with client-side stakeholders to ensure alignment on business outcomes and technical solutions
  • Mentor team members, encouraging skills development and adoption of best practices
  • Promote Agile methodologies and execute efficient sprint planning and delivery cycles
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in .NET and .NET Core development
  • Leadership experience exceeding 1 year with strong collaboration and communication skills to foster cohesive team dynamics
  • Extensive background in back-end development with strong skills in cultivating modular, maintainable, and testable codebases
  • Proficiency in relational databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle, as well as experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DocumentDB
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing CSK solutions with secure storage, retrieval, and rotation policies
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, Fargate, SQS, and their practical applications in complex environments
  • Proven ability to implement advanced logging, observability, and traceability frameworks in .NET applications
  • Track record of solving highly complex problems under tight deadlines while setting team-wide standards for excellence
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher in both written and spoken forms
