We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our remote team and take ownership of the B2B self-service portal integration project.
As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fix bugs, create new micro-services, and maintain configuration files for deployment into the infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the B2B self-service portal integration project
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot bugs and bottlenecks
- Create new microservices to improve the functionality of our products
- Maintain configuration files for deployment into infrastructure
- Ensure that software solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their skill development and performance
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure that software solutions align with business objectives
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug software issues as they arise
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to software solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software development
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a .NET Developer, with strong knowledge of the .NET Framework
- At least 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating adept leadership skills
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as CircleCI, Jenkins, and GitHub
- Proficiency in REST API and SQL Databases
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Solid experience with data storage solutions, including relational databases
- Good knowledge of Unit Testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with identifying, troubleshooting, and debugging software issues
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above) for effective communication
Nice to have
- Solid understanding of Go Language
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Familiarity with Git
- Knowledge of Kafka and observability tools
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript and ReactJS
