We are on the lookout for a Lead .NET Developer to join our team at a leading European bank. You will apply your expertise to shape architecture and technology choices while leading a skilled development team.

Please note that work from the customer office 2 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

Manage software development life cycle processes and lead teams
Provide guidance on architecture, design, and technology direction
Implement test-driven development and continuous integration practices
Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, and product support teams
Drive technology selection based on industry best practices
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards
Analyze requirements and recommend effective solutions
Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary
Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback
Mentor junior developers while fostering a collaborative team environment

Requirements

5+ years of experience in .NET development
1+ years of leadership experience managing development teams
Expertise in C# programming language
Knowledge of FX
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Knowledge of test-driven development principles and continuous integration practices
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Background in investment banking projects
Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
