We are seeking a remote Lead .NET Developer with 5+ years of relevant work experience and 1+ years of relevant leadership experience to join our team. As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
- Collaborate with other teams to develop new features and improve existing ones
- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API/MVC/Core, and Entity Framework/Core/ADO.Net
- 1+ years of experience in leadership or management roles
- Experience with front-end development using HTML/CSS and JavaScript, with knowledge of ReactJS
- Strong database knowledge, including SQL and/or noSQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience working remotely in a similar role
