Lead .NET Developer

We need a Lead .NET Developer with excellent coding skills and software craftsmanship to join our team. You will contribute to the development of the back-end systems that manage data related to xVA, compute high numbers of risks/impacts required for the hedging of the xVA book and for the explanation of its PnL. You will also compute XVA for new trades and orchestrate all xVA batches with their dependencies. These systems are being migrated from batch processes to a service-based architecture. As a Lead .NET Developer, you will need to have a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, patterns, and principles, .NET C#, and its ecosystem, and other tools.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to develop and implement service-based architectures for managing xVA data and computations
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software using C#, .NET Framework, and MS SQL
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that the software is of high quality and meets the business requirements
  • Compute high number of risks / impacts required for the hedging of the xVA book and for the explanation of it's PnL
  • Manage data related to xVA
  • Compute XVA for new trades
  • Orchestrate all xVA batches with their dependencies
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to other developers
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
  • Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies that align with business objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on C# and .NET Framework
  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
  • Expertise in MS SQL, including database design, performance tuning, and query optimization
  • Experience of service-oriented architectures
  • Knowledge of SOLID
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Experience with DevOps tools, including but not limited to Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
