We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead .NET Developer to join our team and lead the digital transformation of the Order Management systems for a large paint and coatings manufacturer. As the Lead .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions using .NET technologies. Your leadership and technical expertise will drive the successful delivery of projects and ensure the seamless integration of systems to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the development team in the design and implementation of .NET-based applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery
  • Architect and design solutions for the digital transformation of Order Management systems
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and systems
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a .NET Developer, demonstrating strong proficiency in .NET technologies
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience, showcasing the ability to guide and motivate a development team
  • Experience with Angular for building dynamic and responsive web applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for cloud-based application development and deployment
  • Strong expertise in ASP.NET for building robust web applications
  • In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server and T-SQL for database design and development
  • Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and retrieval
  • Fluent in English at a B2+ level, enabling effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) for large-scale agile development
  • Knowledge of Azure App Service for scalable web application hosting
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for end-to-end application lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in Entity Framework for object-relational mapping and database access
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and development for seamless integration of systems
