Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

We are looking for a remote Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team as a Development Team Lead, accountable for developing and delivering innovative solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of developers and drive their Power Apps expertise through the team deliverables. As a Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring high development and solution quality, fulfilling functional and non-functional requirements from user stories, and maintaining excellent team communication within the team and to external stakeholders throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Participate in the development and delivery of innovative solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies
- Ensure that all development commitments are fulfilled with high quality and on time
- Identify and mitigate any technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular and timely updates to the project stakeholders on the project status and progress
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience in managing development teams, driving them towards delivering high-quality solutions
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Proven track record in delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of .NET
- Proficiency with Azure Functions and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of ReactJS
- Experience with SQL
- Microsoft Power BI experience
