We are seeking a remote Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. The project involves implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for sharing the business value of new solutions to clients, estimating time frames and resources, and building delivery timelines for multiple streams. You will work with internal and external business partners, as well as geographically distributed teams, to ensure successful implementation of projects and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with appropriate audiences to build consensus around recommended solutions
- Prepare estimations on time frames, quality, and resources required for successful project implementation
- Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
- Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production per selected delivery model
- Perform price benchmarks and cost estimation and modeling of various technologies for consideration
- Measure and improve delivery productivity
- Lead the team of developers
- Build delivery timelines for multiple streams, analyzing internal/external dependencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Apps, and Power Pages
- Experience in onshore, nearshore/offshore outsourcing and delivery models
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with distributed teams
- Good knowledge of Microsoft project implementation methodologies
- Proven leadership experience
- C2 English level proficiency

- Experience with Power Automate and other Microsoft Dynamics 365 products
