Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key engineers at client offices in Austin, Texas to ensure seamless hardware operations
- Coordinate and support electrical and mechanical engineering teams across multiple field locations
- Conduct frequent travel throughout the US (approx. 50%) to maintain and troubleshoot deployed hardware systems
- Analyze and interpret complex technical documentation including electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Execute comprehensive hardware maintenance activities to ensure optimal device performance
- Provide technical expertise and field support to resolve electrical and mechanical hardware issues
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills for effective collaboration with native speakers
- Strong hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical hardware systems
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel frequently (approx. 50%) across the United States
- Proven ability to read and analyze technical documentation and electrical schematics
- US work authorization and ability to travel via air in the US as required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
