We are seeking a Lead Manual Tester to manage end-to-end testing for multiple products in an Agile setup.
You will create test reports, manage relationships with development and business stakeholders, and understand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs. This role requires extensive experience in functional testing, as well as expertise in GUI testing, regression testing, test case development, test design techniques, test estimations, test results analysis and reporting, QE/Test Automation, SQL, Test Automation Principles, and Web Service / API Testing.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end testing for multiple products in Agile setup
- Create test reports and present them to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with development and business stakeholders
- Understand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs
- Contribute to continuous refinement of the testing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Engage with your mentor for continuous learning and development of technical and soft skills
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in functional testing and experience in GUI testing, regression testing, test cases development, test design techniques, test estimations, test results analysis and reporting, QE/Test Automation, SQL, Test Automation Principles, and Web Service / API Testing
- Great understanding of testing principles and SDLCs
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
- Proficient communication skills in English are a must
Nice to have
- Experience with Java/Playwright/Selenium or TOSCA scripting
