We are seeking a remote Lead LabVantage Developer to join our team.
Your primary focus will be to develop code in LabVantage for custom business logic, configure LabVantage to implement requested workflows, consult Business Analyst about LV capabilities and limitations, and develop integrations of LabVantage with other systems & lab tools. You will work closely with a team of Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to deliver quality results within the specified deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop code in LabVantage for custom business logic
- Consult Business Analyst about LV capabilities and limitations
- Configure LabVantage to implement requested workflows
- Develop integrations of LabVantage with other systems & lab tools
- Provide estimates for the requested changes and evaluate the dependencies
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues, including issues with integrations and data flows from o other systems
- Contribute to project documentation to describe technical solutions & architecture
- Work in a team (BA, Developers (incl. internal Client engineers), QA) by iterative sprints and closely collaborate at all team ceremonies: grooming, plannings, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Strong experience and knowledge of LabVantage LIMS development and customization
- Expertise in developing integrations of LabVantage with other systems & lab tools
- Experience in configuring LabVantage to implement requested workflows
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Groovy
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Python
- Knowledge of Jira
- Experience in the Life Sciences
