We are seeking a highly skilled Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team, contributing to the development of the next-generation instrumentation and attribution platform for GoDaddy. The Project is a high-profile project, and we are looking for an experienced developer with a deep understanding of JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript. As a Lead Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the project's complex requirements. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet the project's complex requirements
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions to improve code quality and maintainability
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including architecture, design, and implementation plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in JavaScript development and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing complex web applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux, and TypeScript
  • Expertise in writing optimized JavaScript code for shared components, demonstrating your deep understanding of the language
  • Practical experience in Unit Testing, showcasing your ability to write testable and maintainable code
  • Hands-on experience in Node.js and Java, highlighting your versatility in working with different technologies
  • Familiarity with JS CI/CD tooling, enabling you to deploy and maintain code with ease
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience in AWS, demonstrating your expertise in cloud-based technologies
