We're looking for a Remote Lead Software Developer with experience with JavaScript and familiarity with running Jenkins in AWS Lambda to join our team.
The customer is an international multi-brand company that includes auto auctions and wholesale services, financial services, media, and software. It is the only company in the world that offers a complete set of solutions for the automotive dealer - from inventory and marketing to sales and service.
Responsibilities
- Developing the components of different levels of complexity
- Implementing new product functionality
- Maintaining an existing codebase, participating in Code Review sessions
- Contributing to the application architecture design
- Writing tests for the developed components, performing partial components design and testing
- Developing new functionality
- Being able to understand the functionality of the current application and fix bugs if needed
- Communicating with the developers from other teams regarding the application’s functionality
Requirements
- 5+ years of previous experience in development and operations, or related IT, computer, or operations field
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Experience with AWS Platform: ECS/Fargate, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Automated Test Engineering experience
- Familiar with running Jenkins in AWS Lambdas, API development with JS
- Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
