We are seeking a talented Lead JavaScript Developer to join our remote team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing front-end components and back-end components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement front-end components using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Create back-end with Node.js
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user documentation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them to grow and develop their skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, techniques, and technolo
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, demonstrating your expertise in developing and delivering high-quality software solutions
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, showcasing your ability to design and implement front-end and back-end components
  • A good understanding of reactive design, pure functions, immutability, and other core front-end development concepts
  • Experience with AWS
  • Ability to design user flows, decompose complex views into simpler components, and create intuitive user interfaces
  • Emphasis on quality, including end-to-end testing, unit testing, integration testing, technical documentation, and user documentation, highlighting your attention to detail
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
